Track and secure the activity on your own Facebook account

See who is logged in, where from, and when — then get alerted to anything new. FbTracker walks you through Facebook's own login, session, and security tools so you can monitor your account with confidence. Your account only, or a child/consenting adult through official Meta tools.

We never ask for your password or a login code, and we never touch anyone else's account. Everything happens inside official Facebook settings.

Hear about a new login before it becomes a problem

Turn on your account's own login alerts and you get a push and an email the moment a new device or an unfamiliar place signs in — so you can act in minutes, not days.

Every alert here is for your own account. We never watch anyone else and never ask for your password.

How monitoring your own account works

No installs, no password sharing — just a short routine inside Facebook's own settings.

  1. 1
    Open your account's security settings
Everything lives under Settings & privacy → Password and security on the Facebook app or web.
  2. 2
    Read logins, sessions and devices
Match each signed-in device and recent login against what you actually use.
  3. 3
Turn on alerts and end stale sessions
Enable login alerts and log out anything you don't recognize or no longer use.
  4. 4
    Make it a habit
A two-minute check on a weekly rhythm is what keeps small changes from becoming surprises.

A two-minute checkup, run on a habit

A security checkup walks your own account through the few things that matter — devices, login alerts, recovery details, connected apps — and shows what's still open.

Do it inside Facebook's own settings. A short routine on a weekly rhythm keeps small changes from becoming surprises.

Responsible use

Owner-only, consent-first, official tools

FbTracker helps you monitor and secure accounts you're entitled to watch — your own, your minor child's through Meta's supervision tools, or a consenting adult's. It will never help access someone else's account, bypass 2FA, find a password, or track anyone covertly. Read our full responsible-use charter for the exact boundaries.

Common questions

Do I need to give you my Facebook password?
No — never. Everything on this site happens inside your own Facebook settings. We never ask for your password or a login code, and any service that does is a scam.
Can I use this to check someone else's Facebook?
No. FbTracker is for your own account, a minor child you supervise through Meta's Family Center, or a consenting adult reviewing their own account. Covertly accessing anyone else's account is illegal and not something we help with.
Can you tell me who hacked my account or their real identity?
No. Facebook shows the device and an approximate location for a session, never a person's name or real IP. Anyone promising to reveal an intruder's identity is not being honest.
Can I see who viewed my profile?
No — Facebook does not provide that data, so no legitimate tool can either. What you can see and control is who is logged in and what your account broadcasts.
Can you recover a permanently deleted account or messages?
No. Once content is permanently deleted, no service can restore it, and we won't promise otherwise. We focus on securing and monitoring what you still have.
Is monitoring my own Facebook legal?
Yes. Reviewing and securing your own account, supervising your minor child through official tools, or helping a consenting adult with their own account are all legitimate. Covert monitoring of another adult is not.
