What does FbTracker actually do — do you log into my account?
No. We never log in and never touch your password. FbTracker is a guidance service: we walk you through Facebook's own security settings on your own device so you can review logins, active sessions and devices yourself. You do every click; we explain what you're seeing.
Do you need my Facebook password or a login code?
Never. We will never ask for your password, a two-factor code, or any login link. If any service asks you for those to 'track' your account, treat it as a scam — the whole point of our model is that credentials stay only with you.
Can you tell me who hacked me or who viewed my profile?
No, and we won't pretend to. Facebook does not offer a 'who viewed your profile' feature, and login records show devices and rough locations, not a person's identity. We help you spot unfamiliar sessions and secure the account — we can't unmask an individual.
Can you monitor someone else's Facebook for me?
Only your own account, a minor child you're responsible for, or an adult who gives clear consent — always through Facebook's own supervision and security tools. We won't help access or covertly watch anyone else's account.
Do you guarantee you'll find a problem or fix it?
No. We guarantee an honest, official-tools method and that your credentials stay private — not a specific outcome. Sometimes the review simply confirms your account is fine, which is a good result too.
