Consent-based monitoring
Family Facebook Safety, Built on Consent
A household approach where each consenting adult reviews their own account: recent logins, active sessions, devices and login alerts. Cooperation and shared good habits, never surveillance of another adult.
Start a family security reviewNo passwords, ever
We never ask for or handle anyone's Facebook password.
Owner-only by design
Each adult acts inside their own account, not someone else's.
Official channels only
Every step uses Meta's own security settings and tools.
FbTracker guides you through Facebook's own surfaces; it does not sit between you and Meta.
We do
- โ Guide each adult through their own security checkup
- โ Help set up login alerts on your own account
- โ Show how to read your own activity and device list
- โ Turn safety into a shared household habit
We never
- โ Access anyone else's account or password
- โ Enable covert watching of another adult
- โ Bypass 2FA, OTP or security prompts
- โ Reveal an intruder's identity or profile viewers
Every person reviews their own account with their own consent โ safety you build with your family, not something you do to them.
What a family safety routine covers
Recent logins
Each person checks their own login times and places for anything unfamiliar.
Active devices
See which phones and computers are signed in and sign out old ones.
Login alerts
Turn on notifications so an unrecognized login pings your own account.
Security checkup
Walk the official Meta checkup together, one account at a time.
All steps happen inside each person's own Facebook settings on official Meta surfaces.
FAQ
Can I use this to check my partner's Facebook?
Only if they agree and review their own account themselves. FbTracker is for consent-based, cooperative safety โ each adult signs in to their own account. It is never a way to watch another adult covertly.
How is this different from parental monitoring?
Parental monitoring covers a minor child you are legally responsible for, and has its own page. This page is about consenting adults in a household jointly reviewing each of their own accounts as a shared safety habit.
Do I need everyone's passwords to do a family review?
No. Each person stays logged into their own account and reviews their own logins, devices and alerts. No password is ever shared, requested or needed.
Can FbTracker tell us who viewed a family member's profile?
No. Facebook does not provide 'who viewed your profile' data, and any tool claiming to is a scam. We only help you read the security information Meta actually gives an account owner.
What if a family member sees an unrecognized login?
On their own account they can end that session, change their password, and turn on login alerts through Facebook's security settings. We guide the steps but cannot identify who the intruder was.
